Broadweigh Expands Global Calibration Network with US & Australia Partnerships & UK Facility Investment

Broadweigh has strengthened its global support offering with the introduction of new in-region calibration services in the United States and Australia, alongside significant investment in an upgraded calibration facility at its UK headquarters.

The load monitoring specialist has partnered with Morehouse Instrument Company in the US and Delphi Measurement in Australia to deliver local calibration services for customers operating across these key markets. The move ensures that Broadweigh users can access faster, more convenient calibration support while maintaining the high standards of accuracy and reliability the brand is known for.

By working with established, trusted partners in each region, Broadweigh is able to provide a more responsive service, reducing equipment downtime and simplifying maintenance processes for customers working in live environments, touring, and time-sensitive projects.

Matthew Youngs, marketing manager for Broadweigh, commented: “We’re committed to making it as easy as possible for our customers to keep their systems performing at their best. By expanding our calibration network into the US and Australia, we’re bringing our support closer to where our customers are operating, enabling quicker turnaround times and greater flexibility.”

Both Morehouse Instrument Company and Delphi Measurement bring extensive expertise in precision measurement and calibration, ensuring Broadweigh customers receive consistent, high-quality service aligned with the company’s global standards.

This expansion is complemented by continued investment at Broadweigh’s UK facility, where a new state-of-the-art calibration rig has been installed. The upgraded system enhances the company’s in-house capabilities, allowing for increased capacity, improved efficiency, and even greater accuracy across its product range.

The new rig enables Broadweigh to handle higher volumes while maintaining tight calibration tolerances, supporting both UK-based customers and international partners. It also provides a robust platform for ongoing product development and quality assurance as the company continues to innovate.

Matthew continued: “Investing in our UK facility ensures we’re not only supporting our growing global network, but also continually improving the precision and reliability that our customers depend on. This new calibration rig represents a significant step forward in our capability.”

Together, these developments reinforce Broadweigh’s commitment to delivering dependable, high-accuracy load monitoring solutions backed by accessible, expert support, wherever its customers are working in the world.
