The Broadweigh Digital load cell system is designed to perform in demanding environments, providing accurate, real-time monitoring of loads at any rigging point.
Built using the proven Broadweigh load sensing technology, it delivers consistent and reliable measurement across multi-point systems.
As part of the Broadweigh ecosystem, the system enables clear visibility of loads to support safe weight distribution across structures such as video walls, roof systems and mother grids, while also allowing for alarm indication to help prevent overload conditions.
Using a robust wired architecture based on 4-pin XLR connections, Broadweigh Digital offers dependable performance in environments where wired systems are preferred, particularly in high RF or permanent installation scenarios. The system is simple to deploy, with auto-addressing and seamless configuration through Broadweigh Live Load™ software.
Manufactured using Broadweigh’s custom surface-treated BS EN 13889 bow and aerospace-grade stainless steel load pin, each unit is supplied with a load-centralising bobbin as standard.
Accuracy is typically ±1% of the current load or ±25 kg (±50 kg for 9 tonne), whichever is greater.
Available in 3.25 t and 4.75 t working load limits, Broadweigh Digital provides a scalable wired solution for load monitoring across a wide range of applications.
